I could not be more happy that I chose Splahes Terry Hills to install my spa. I was served by Selfie when I bought the spa a year ago and it was such a pleasant experience. I have never bought a spa before this, and Selfie took the time & was really patient in explaining everything including which one spa would suit my home, how to operate them & also the ease and of maintenance of the spa. Delivery was swift and it was quickly followed up with an onsite visit where a service staff from Splahes came to my house and taught me how to use the spa & what chemicals to put when. I could not be more pleased. I visited Selfie again just a month ago to replenish the chemicals. She asked me how was the spa and she gave me more tips about how to get the most out of the spa. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and not once did we feel we were being pushed into making a decision. He gave us sound advice on what foundation we could consider for our spa and we opted for the Ezi Pads which worked out great. The efficiency of the entire team from sales, to initial spa set up and ongoing customer support is first class. It will be 3 years in December since we purchased out spa. We contacted Selfie today with a couple of questions about spa parts/accessories and she was, as always, super helpful and totally customer focused. My advice to anyone considering getting a spa is to go visit Splashes Spa World. They will answer any questions you may have on best product for you, running costs, maintenance etc. This is the best purchase we have ever made and I can confidently say it is used more than we would use a pool and all year round. It is the one area we come together as a family (daughter 11 and son 16) and socialise – no devices, just talking. It’s the best!. Our kids friends love to come over too.
