We live in a pole house, on a sloped block, with no access to the backyard except a steep set of stair and thought getting a spa was mission impossible! Mike and his team made it possible. Our spa was delivered using a small crane and our neighbours backyard…mission impossible was mission perfect! This was a big team effort…thank you to everyone involved (including our neighbours), the service we received was excellent every step of the way! We are thoroughly enjoying our spa, it’s like living at the best Air BnB!

I recently purchased a new 5 person spa from Indoor Outdoor Spa and was very impressed with the whole process. They operate a COVID safe environment, great pre-sale from Gerry, who guided us through all of the spa options. The delivery and installation was reasonably quick after order. The installation team were very good. They arrived on time, worked very well with the crane driver, explained maintenance and use of the spa and tidied up afterwards. This was a very good customer experience.

Gerry was awesome in the showroom giving easy to understand advice with regards to spa choice, maintenance, our obligations for the spa area and the installation process. Then we were even more impressed when the installers arrived today, from the same company, not sub-contractors. Rob and Josh handled the delivery and installation with absolute care. They took the time to fill the spa, add the chemicals, set up our preferences and then provide full training on how to use and maintain the spa. They are absolute passionate professionals. Fantastic to deal with! Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Their customer service has been fantastic, and their understanding when WE were running late with our install has been great.
